What you need

cup garbanzo beans

cup pesto sauce

oz elbow pasta

tsp mustard

tbsp tahini

yellow onion

tsp dried thyme

tbsp crushed red pepper

garlic

extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions
Sauté in oil garlic, spices, onion and add the pumpkin. Cook with touch of salt until the veg caramelizes. Add the tahini, mustard, pesto and cooked pasta. Add 1/2 cup of pasta liquid Add the chickpeas and Parmesan, mix well.View original recipe
