What you need

garam masala

cumin powder

yellow bell pepper

red bell pepper

green bell pepper
vegetable oil
ground turmeric

salt

ground black pepper

ginger root

garlic

skim milk greek yogurt

lb chicken tenders
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken in yogurt, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt and turmeric for 1/2 hour or upto 2 hours. 2. In a thick bottomed flat pan add the oil and let it get hot. Let the flame be on high, and add the cumin seeds and let it get some color, then add the marinated chicken and leave it for 5 minutes. DO NOT ADD WATER. After the chicken browns a bit stir it and let cook, making sure it doesn’t burn. Once the chicken is almost cooked add the bell peppers, garam masala, salt required for the vegetables, 1 tsp fresh ground pepper and keep stirring and cook. 3. It will take 3-4 minutes to cook the bell pepper. IF you want the bell pepper to have some crunch cook it only for 2 minutes and remove from flame. SERVE it on top of the Papad. Break the papad and use it as a vessel to enjoy the chicken. ENJOY.View original recipe
