I love this slightly better than plain ones. Crispy, stuffed with peas mixture that spicy, touch of natural sweetness from peas, so good. What makes it even better, serve it with rassewale aloo or spiced potato curry. Yum!

What you need

cup green peas

tsp sugar

tsp cumin powder

jalapeno

tsp ginger

tsp garlic powder

wheat flour
Instructions
Grind the green peas to a paste along with the green chilies and ginger. In oil, add Asafetida, cumin, sauté. Add the ground paste, salt, sugar and cook until the mixture comes together well. I use simple whole wheat flour dough and stuff in. The dough for this is softer. Make sure to keep the pooris/kachori thicker. Deep fry and enjoy! .View original recipe
