
Maharastrian Style Chutney

Thetcha. Hot. Nutty and garlicky. This condiment/chutney is simple and adds a kick to your rotis, bhakra or Parathas. I’ve always wondered how the most flavorful things are some of the most simplest to make too. This is a Maharastrian style chutney. I learnt it from an aunt of mine and one of the things she mentioned: “always grind it in a mortar and pestle”. If you have it use it like I did, If not a blender is perfect, just make sure to keep the consistency rustic/coarse.
