
HEALTHIER SALMON CAKES

A back pocket recipe that I've made so many times and is always a hit at home. Requires very little ingredients, healthy and comes together in 10 minutes plus the cooking time.

What you need
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

garlic

tbsp honey mustard
lemon

tsp black peppercorn

tsp iodized salt

cup nonfat greek yogurt

tsp worcestershire sauce
chive

cilantro

bread crumbs
tsp sriracha

tsp coconut sugar
Instructions
Take a food processor or if you don't have one, use a mini hand chopper or finely mince it with a sharp knife. First finely grind 3 bread slices to fine crumbs, keep it aside. Add the salmon fillets without the bones to the food processor, whole grain mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, black pepper, yogurt, and worcestershire sauce. Pulse first to get everything incorporated, and let it grind well. Take it out in a large bowl, add the bread crumbs, chives and cilantro. Gently mix it with your hand and divide equally.
