Gingery Scallion Sauce for tofu, veggies and seafood. I’m not a meal prep kinda person, although I’d love to be disciplined about it. Today I made a ton of this and waiting for it to cool down so I can bag them. This freezes well, the sauce is ready

What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tbsp pomegranate

ginger

tbsp almond butter

tsp sugar

fish fillets

scallion

cup cilantro

tbsp spring water

cup salt

tbsp chili sauce
Instructions
Heat up the pan, add butter. Add ginger slices into the wok when the oil is very hot. Stir-fry the ginger until aromatic. Add the sauces, salt. Add the sugar Add the scallions and cilantro. Add the water. Mix and cook 30 seconds. Add in the sauce to the fish, cover it generosly and steam it for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot with rice.View original recipe
