
Creamy Harissa Salmon

Wrapped, baked salmon with dill in a creamy spicy harissa paste. YUM Weeknight dinner or to entertain with, this is a great easy recipe. Make the harissa powder ahead of time and it comes together so quickly, you’ll be surprised.

What you need

olive oil

salmon

tbsp mascarpone

tbsp tomato paste

tsp cayenne
tsp salt

tsp garlic powder

tbsp cumin seed
tbsp spice mix

tbsp coriander seed

tbsp smoked paprika

Harissa powder:5arbol dried chile , crush to powder 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds, roast and powder 1/2 tablespoon caraway seeds, roast and powdered 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds, roast and powdered 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Marinate the fish: 1 tbsp of the harissa powder. 1 tbsp tomato paste. 1 large heaping tbsp of mascarpone. Mix it with a tbsp of hot water. Top the fish fillet with the paste liberally, drizzle little olive oil and top it with chopped dill. Wrap it, let marinate for 30 min to 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, air fry it or Put on a hot grill for 10 minutes. Serve with some coconut rice.View original recipe
