Creamy Harissa Salmon

Wrapped, baked salmon with dill in a creamy spicy harissa paste. YUM Weeknight dinner or to entertain with, this is a great easy recipe. Make the harissa powder ahead of time and it comes together so quickly, you’ll be surprised.

Harissa powder:5arbol dried chile , crush to powder 1/2 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1/2 tablespoon coriander seeds, roast and powder 1/2 tablespoon caraway seeds, roast and powdered 1/2 tablespoon cumin seeds, roast and powdered 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Marinate the fish: 1 tbsp of the harissa powder. 1 tbsp tomato paste. 1 large heaping tbsp of mascarpone. Mix it with a tbsp of hot water. Top the fish fillet with the paste liberally, drizzle little olive oil and top it with chopped dill. Wrap it, let marinate for 30 min to 3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, air fry it or Put on a hot grill for 10 minutes. Serve with some coconut rice.
