A back pocket recipe that I've made so many times and is always a hit at home. Requires very little ingredients, healthy and comes together in 10 minutes plus the cooking time.

Take a food processor or if you don't have one, use a mini hand chopper or finely mince it with a sharp knife. First finely grind 3 bread slices to fine crumbs, keep it aside. Add the salmon fillets without the bones to the food processor, whole grain mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and zest, black pepper, yogurt, and worcestershire sauce. Pulse first to get everything incorporated, and let it grind well. Take it out in a large bowl, add the bread crumbs, chives and cilantro. Gently mix it with your hand and divide equally. Pan fry with some olive oil, about 3 minutes on each side. Mix everything for the sauce.
