An easy almondy sweet treat for you evening coffee. It’s December and kids home, this comes together so quickly and satisfies their sweet tooth in no time. I’ve used @artorias lavash to create this. It gets crispy and so good.

Use a blend to grind the almonds, cashews, sugar, vanilla extract, butter to a paste. Take one lavash, cut it to four triangles. Spread a tbsp of the nut paste, roll it from the wider side. Brush it with some melted butter and bake at 320 for about 15 minutes.
