Sauté in oil garlic, spices, onion and add the pumpkin. Cook with touch of salt until the veg caramelizes. Add the tahini, mustard, pesto and cooked pasta. Add 1/2 cup of pasta liquid Add the chickpeas and Parmesan, mix well.
